Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island - All Inclusive

The Hotel was outstanding! We can to celebrate my wife’s birthday and our wedding anniversary and could not have wished for more. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed every minute. We arrived early on the Friday and immediately were warmly welcomed by the concierge. Check in was very efficient and we were given a welcome drink. Whilst check in wasn’t until 3pm, very kindly we were able to drop our bags and use the facilities including food and beverage. We had tickets to visit the Louvre which we did for a couple of hours, then came back for Lunch before checking in to our room. The room was perfect and we were very pleasantly surprised to find balloons and a birthday cake. The room had everything we needed, the bathroom was spacious and had expensive toiletries. We had chosen the premium pool access room which was great to be able to chill out in our own private space. We really enjoyed the Turquoise restaurant, we are both foodies and very happy with the selection. The restaurant staff were all very friendly and attentive clearing our plates and offering us more refreshments. The first evening we went to the new cocktail bar which had live music (forget the name of it)… the mixologist (think his name was John), was brilliant.. he delivered to my requests ‘surprise me’… on the Saturday we were very fortunate to try Mermaid restaurant.. food was exquisite, drinks and live music was great…. I don’t think I have ever written such a long review before, but I can honestly say this was one of the best stays we have had, service, food, accommodation, location, beach; absolutely fantastic and well worth the money… A special thanks to the Guest Services Team and Maria for making our stay magical! We will be back 100% thank you!

Super welcoming and nice personnel, super smooth check in and thanks to Marc I got an amazing room with the most beautiful sea view and my very own terrace with sunbeds. An amazing beach with white powdery sand and azure water, super nice courtyard bar with live music in the evening and great drinks. Looking forward to come back!

The hotel is beautiful by all standards, luxurious. Everyone is eager to serve and assist you in a friendly manner. The rooms are clean, and everything is excellent. The managers are nice and cooperative with the guests. I made a mistake in the booking, and they handled it in a wonderful way. Great place for kids Staying for two days, of course, is not enough. I highly recommend everyone to visit this beautiful resort.

There are many things I loved about Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, but I’d like to highlight a few key points. Firstly, the location is stunning. Being right by the sea allowed us to wake up to breathtaking views every morning. The child-friendly amenities were a huge plus for our family, and Olivia had a fantastic time here. The hospitality and professionalism of the staff were significant factors that made our holiday unforgettable. Rahit Rana at the reception, in particular, went above and beyond to assist us, adding extra value to our stay. The food was nothing short of a feast. Every meal prepared by the culinary team exceeded our expectations in terms of taste and variety. Additionally, the overall cleanliness and organization of the resort were impressive. Lastly, the hotel’s management’s focus on guest satisfaction and their meticulous attention to detail made our time here even more special. For all these reasons, Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island offers an outstanding holiday experience.

Our stay at Rixos has predominantly exceeded our expectations. The staff were great, especially Melikov who ensured we have an amazing first impression by granting us a free upgrade to a suite and lunch when we just missed it. The facilities were superb and suits all ages and the entertainment options are multiple. The food was really good especially at Mermaid & L’Olivo restaurants.
